We're Hiring - MEP Engineering ManagerLocation: Waslet Dahshour, Sheikh ZayedWorking Days: Saturday - Thursday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMWe are looking for an experienced MEP Engineering Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee MEP design review, coordination, execution, and commissioningManage subcontractors' performance and ensure compliance with quality & safety standardsMonitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of MEP worksCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project integrationEnsure testing, commissioning, and successful project handoverSupport procurement and logistics for timely delivery of MEP materialsProvide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to MEP teamsRequirementsRequirements: 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering (5+ years in management) Proven track record in large-scale residential/commercial projects Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes & project management tools Leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
