With a strong international presence and a diverse team of experts, it supports clients across various industries in achieving efficient, future-ready outcomes.????Location: Nasr City, CairoJob Description:-* Lead manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) design,integration across multidisciplinary projects.* Oversee projects from concept design through full lifecycle delivery.* Act as Technical Lead or Reviewer on large and complex projects.* Interpret client requirements and develop effective technical solutions.* Ensure compliance with regional and international building codes and standards.* Drive sustainable design practices and ensure alignment with environmental standards.* Lead system integration across multiple engineering disciplines.* Participate in technical and financial reviews, client meetings, and strategic workshops.* Support business development activities including bid preparation and proposals.* Implement and promote digital tools and innovative solutions for project delivery.* Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.* Drive strategic initiatives and contribute to overall business growth and performance.Requirements:* 15 min. years of experience in MEP design and multidisciplinary engineering projects.* Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification is preferred.* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.* Strong expertise in MEP systems integration and building services design.* Solid knowledge of regional and international building codes and standards.* Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects.* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.* Experience in sustainability practices and digital engineering tools.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.????
