MEP Mechanical Engineer

About the RoleBonian Constructions is looking for a dynamic and technically proficient MEP Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to manage all MEP functions for our prestigious hotel project in Mansoura City.As the MEP lead on-site, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly, meeting the high technical standards required for hospitality projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTotal MEP Management: Direct and supervise all MEP activities on-site (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), ensuring full coordination between trades.Hotel Systems Specialty: Oversee specialized hotel mechanical systems, including central HVAC, commercial-grade plumbing/drainage, and advanced firefighting systems.Site Supervision: Manage subcontractors to ensure installation aligns with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and the demanding timeline of a hotel build.Technical Review: Review MEP material submittals and shop drawings to ensure they meet international hospitality standards and local codes.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure high-end finishing and functional excellence.Testing & Commissioning: Lead the startup and testing of all MEP systems, ensuring the building is fully operational and compliant before handover. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in MEP construction (experience in Hotel or High-rise projects is highly preferred).Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing, with the ability to manage electrical and low-current interfaces.Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.Location: Ability to be based in or commute to Mansoura City.Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership potential, and the ability to work under pressure.
