Egypt Healthcare Facilities Services - EHFS is Hiring:MEP Project ManagerMust own a car.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all MEP operations and project activities across assigned sites within the Facility Management scope.Lead and supervise mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and low-current systems to ensure smooth project execution and operational continuity.Monitor project progress, maintenance activities, technical performance, and ensure timely completion of all required tasks.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure effective project delivery and operational excellence.Review technical drawings, project plans, and MEP specifications while ensuring compliance with project standards and safety regulations.Ensure proper resource allocation, manpower management, and operational planning across all assigned projects.Prepare technical reports, project updates, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations.Handle technical challenges and provide effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all project activities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP Projects and Facility Management operations.Strong experience in managing HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical systems, and overall MEP activities.Previous experience in healthcare facilities, hospitals, or large-scale projects is highly preferred.Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and project requirements effectively.#Must_own_a_car.Location: New Administrative CapitalTo Apply:Send your CV to: Ahmed.Elsayed@efsmi.comKindly mention MEP Project Manager in the subject line.
