Manage the complete order lifecycle from order confirmation through shipment and final delivery. Coordinate product development activities, including sample requests, approvals, and bulk production. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Coordinate with Planning, BOM, Technical Office, Pattern, R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution. Monitor the Critical Path, production progress, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time shipments. Review and update Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all order changes are communicated to relevant stakeholders. Follow up on invoices, payments, and merchandising documentation to support the order process. Ensure customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments are consistently achieved. 3–5 years of experience in the garments & textile manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of merchandising, product development, and garment manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
