Responsible for acquiring merchants to Waffarha and maintain a positive relationship with an objective to maximize profit.Source and develop a pool of small to medium merchants, to sign up with Waffarha and maintain active engagement with the existing ones.Create opportunities and initiate business with new merchants from different potential sources (Social medica platforms, Connections, and visits)Review the discount plans for the merchants on other platforms and similar suppliers.Create and negotiate competitive deals with the merchants matching with the customer needs with an objective to maximize profitsAnalyze and test the offers received from the merchant.Verify all documentation received from merchant regarding their deal with Waffarha.Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure that all the merchant’s needs are understood and addressed.Update the existing offers with the existing merchants.Act as a mediator between the merchant and the cross-functional team to pertain to the Merchants’ desires and respond to their concerns. Bachelor's degree is a must.1 – 3 years of experience in sales.Experience in e-commerce and retail industry is preferred.Excellent time-management & Organizational Skills.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Good analytical & research skills.Dynamic, outgoing & energetic individual.Excellent networking & follow-up skills.Basic knowledge of Windows Excel – Word.
