In this role, you will be the backbone of our travel logistics, ensuring seamless, error-free visa procurement for large corporate groups, incentive travel delegations, and individual clients.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess an elite network within major embassies, and pride yourself on flawless execution under tight deadlines, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Visa Management: Oversee and execute the complete visa application process for dozens of corporate and leisure travel groups simultaneously.Embassy & Consulate Liaison: Leverage existing relationships and build new connections with embassies, consulates, and third-party processing centers (e.g., VFS Global, TLScontact) to expedite processing and resolve complex issues.Compliance & Accuracy: Meticulously review all documentation (application forms, financial records, invitations, and flight/hotel itineraries) to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with evolving international immigration laws.Client Consultation: Provide clear, professional guidance to corporate clients and group leaders on specific visa requirements, timelines, and documentation.Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or rejection risks and implement immediate corrective actions.Database Management: Maintain up-to-date, secure digital records of all applications, passports, and visa statuses.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience specializing in travel visa processing, preferably within a fast-paced corporate travel agency, MICE operator, or global logistics firm.Industry Network: Strong, established connections and a reliable network within major foreign embassies and consulates.Languages: Flawless fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
