Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power BI Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insightsConnect to various data sources, perform data modeling, and ensure data accuracy and integrityCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutionsOptimize data models and queries for best performanceTrain and support end-users in utilizing Power BI tools effectivelyStay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilitiesRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related fieldProven experience with Microsoft Power BI including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX expressionsStrong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practicesExperience working with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, and cloud servicesAbility to analyze complex datasets and produce clear, concise reportsExcellent communication skills to gather business requirements and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with Power Query, M language, and Power BI Service is highly desirableExperience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., DA-100 or PL-300) is an advantageExperience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
