Job Title: Microwave Engineer (ZTE)Level: L2Experience: Minimum 5+ yearsTechnical Requirements:* Strong experience in ZTE Microwave transmission equipment and solutions.* Hands-on experience in MW installation, configuration, and commissioning.* Good knowledge of ZTE MW product line and architecture.* Experience in link alignment, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.* Strong understanding of IP networking (routing, switching, VLAN configuration).* Ability to analyze and resolve MW link failures and performance issues.* Experience with ZTE NMS/EMS platforms for MW monitoring and management.* Knowledge of path calculations, link budgeting, and LOS analysis.* Experience in software upgrades and capacity expansion activities.* Understanding of QoS and MW performance KPIs.* Ability to work under pressure in live network environments.
