We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Specialist to join our team and support business operations through accurate reporting, data analysis, and performance insights.Key Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and maintain operational data to support business decisions.Prepare and deliver accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.Monitor KPIs and operational metrics and provide insights to management.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on business requirements.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.Coordinate with different departments to collect required data and information.Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.Maintain reporting templates and improve reporting processes.Support automation and enhancement of MIS processes Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analysis, Operations Management, or related field.1–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or business operations.Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).Experience with reporting tools and data visualization is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in logistics, transportation, or large-scale operations is a plus.
