The company operates under the license granted by the Financial Regulatory Authority, reinforcing its position as a trusted and certified provider in the market.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Insurance Consultant (مستشار تامينى) based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility for work from home. The consultant will engage potential and existing customers, explain takaful life and medical insurance products, and provide personalized coverage recommendations aligned with Islamic Sharia principles. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and calls, preparing proposals and quotations, assisting with applications and documentation, and following up on policies, renewals, and claims inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems, collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet sales and service targets, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and regulations.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and build long-term client relationships.Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify client needs, present suitable takaful solutions, and achieve individual and team targets.Basic financial literacy and analytical skills to understand coverage plans, premiums, and benefits, and to compare product options for clients.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client cases, keep documentation accurate, and meet deadlines.Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and office applications for data entry, reporting, and online communication.Knowledge or strong interest in Islamic finance and takaful principles; prior experience in insurance or banking is an advantage.Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Qesm El Maadi, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and accountability for performance.Preferably a university degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, or a related field; high school graduates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
