Your goal: respond quickly, understand client needs, recommend the right solution, handle objections, follow up, and close deals.Responsibilities:Respond to inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, email, or CRMQualify leads based on business setup, compliance needs, urgency, budget, and decision-making authorityRun discovery calls with UAE founders and SME ownersRecommend packages and move qualified leads toward paymentHandle objections and maintain follow-up until closure or disqualificationKeep CRM updated with clear notes and next stepsRequirements:Proven experience in inbound/inside sales, telesales, account executive, or B2B closingTrack record of converting warm leads into paying customersExcellent spoken and written EnglishComfortable selling via WhatsApp, phone, Zoom, and emailConsultative sales skills and strong commercial judgmentHigh ownership and ability to work remotely in Gulf business hoursPreferred / Strong Advantages:Experience in accounting, tax, business setup, fintech, SaaS, banking, HR, payroll, or B2B servicesExperience selling to UAE SMEs or free zone companiesKnowledge of VAT, corporate tax, bookkeeping, or UAE complianceFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Kommo, Pipedrive)What We Offer:Competitive base USD 1,000 + uncapped commissionRemote work in Gulf time zoneCareer path: Inbound Sales Manager → Senior Inbound Sales Manager → AE/BD within 6–12 months for top performers
