Job DescriptionMonitor online forums, social media channels, and digital platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.Review, approve, or remove user-generated content to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, concerns, and reports of inappropriate behavior.Mediate disputes and de-escalate conflicts among community members to foster a positive atmosphere.Collaborate with management and other moderators to update and enforce community policies.Document and report recurring issues, trends, or violations to relevant stakeholders.Organize and participate in community events, discussions, and engagement initiatives.Provide feedback and recommendations for improving community engagement and moderation processes.Assist in onboarding and training new moderators as needed.Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in online moderation and community management. Job RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in moderation, community management, or a related field.Applicants must have a good command of the English language.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to remain impartial, calm, and professional in challenging situations.Familiarity with online community platforms, forums, and social media tools.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to upholding community standards and company values.Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
