We are currently looking for a high-caliber Modern Trade Manager to dominate the retail sector and expand our footprint in major hypermarket chains.Role DescriptionAs a Key Account Manager specializing in Modern Trade, you will be the primary link between Grand Plast and the biggest retail chains in Egypt. Your mission is not just to maintain accounts, but to strategically grow our market share, manage complex annual negotiations, and ensure our products are the first choice for consumers on the shelf.Key Responsibilities' : Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with top-tier retailers (e.g., Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, Saudi, Hyper, etc.).Annual Negotiations: Lead the negotiation of annual commercial agreements, including listing fees, rebates, and growth incentives.Listing & Distribution: Ensure 100% listing of new and existing SKUs across all branches and regions.Visibility & Merchandising: Oversee the execution of in-store visibility, planograms, and promotional activities to maximize "Share of Shelf."Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to provide accurate forecasts and prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) scenarios.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain our competitive edge.QualificationsExperience: 7–10 years of solid experience in FMCG Sales, with at least 4 years specifically in Modern Trade / Key Account Management.Network: A proven track record and existing strong relationships with Category Managers in major Hypermarkets and Supermarkets.Expertise: Deep understanding of the Modern Trade business cycle, commercial terms (ToTs), and supply chain logistics.Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and P&L management skills.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Attitude: Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and a proactive problem solver.What we Offer :Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.The opportunity to lead a critical sector in an established, growing company.A professional and supportive work environment.How to Apply: If you are a market-savvy sales professional with a passion for the FMCG industry, please send your CV to mostafa.torfa@grandplast-eg.com with the subject line: "Modern Trade Manager"
