1- Job PurposeThe Mortgage Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the actual sales activities of the mortgage business through direct customer engagement, pipeline management, and daily sales execution. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, generating qualified business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of the mortgage sales process in alignment with company objectives, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.The Mortgage Sales Supervisor plays a hands-on role in driving mortgage sales production, supporting field sales activities, and ensuring high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance standards and portfolio quality.2- Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales Execution & Customer Acquisition:The Mortgage Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving the actual mortgage sales process and achieving assigned sales targets through direct customer acquisition and relationship management. The role includes identifying potential customers, promoting mortgage products, conducting customer meetings, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation until loan disbursement.In this capacity, the Mortgage Sales Supervisor executes the company’s mortgage sales plans within assigned markets and customer segments. This includes handling direct sales activities, following up on leads generated through developers, brokers, corporate channels, and referrals, while ensuring strong conversion rates and customer satisfaction. The role requires continuous follow-up with customers to ensure timely document collection, application completion, and smooth coordination with internal departments.Team Supervision & Daily Operations:The Mortgage Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day sales activities and ensuring proper execution of sales plans and operational processes. The role includes monitoring sales performance, tracking pipeline progress, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting sales officers in achieving their targets.The role requires providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to improve productivity, product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques. The Mortgage Sales Supervisor is also responsible for reporting sales performance, identifying challenges impacting execution, and escalating operational issues when required.Business Development & Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners and referral sources within the real estate ecosystem, including:· Property Developers: Coordinate with developers to generate customer referrals and support project-based mortgage opportunities.· Real Estate Agencies/Brokers: Maintain active communication and follow-up to maximize referral business and customer acquisition.· Corporate Clients: Support mortgage programs targeting employees of corporate entities and strategic partners.· Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and referral opportunities.Performance Monitoring & Compliance:The Mortgage Sales Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role includes maintaining portfolio quality, ensuring accurate customer information, and preventing mis-selling practices or policy violations.The role also contributes to monitoring sales productivity, pipeline quality, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in sales performance and service delivery.Job Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, with minimum experience of 3 Years in financial services or mortgage sales.· Experience in direct sales activities and customer acquisition within banking, mortgage, or financial services sectors.· Good understanding of the Egyptian mortgage market, consumer lending products, and customer buying behavior.· Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve assigned targets.· Ability to manage customer relationships and maintain high service standards.· Good communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sales opportunities effectively.· Integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to compliance and company policies.
