About the RoleFlyin.com is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Motion Designer & Video Content Creator to support the development of engaging content across social media, digital marketing, CRM, website, app and brand campaigns.The ideal candidate combines strong motion design and video editing skills with a deep understanding of social media trends, platform-native content, and emerging AI-powered creative tools. This role requires someone who can work quickly, adapt to fast-moving content needs, and create compelling visual storytelling that drives engagement and brand awareness.Experience with static design is considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Design & Video ProductionCreate motion graphics, animated content, and video assets for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital advertising, CRM, website, and app channels.Develop engaging content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and X.Adapt creative assets into multiple formats and platform requirements.Social Media & Content CreationCreate social-first video content that aligns with current platform trends and audience behaviors.Support the development of Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content formats.Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative Content Lead, and Designers to bring campaign ideas to life.Identify opportunities to leverage trends, cultural moments, and viral formats in content creation.Creative Innovation & AIUtilize AI-powered creative tools to improve production efficiency, ideation, video editing, motion design, and content generation.Leverage tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini and similar platforms to accelerate creative workflows.Stay updated on emerging creative technologies, content trends, and platform innovations.Continuously explore new formats and techniques to improve content performance and engagement.Design SupportSupport the creative team with static design requirements when needed.Assist in adapting campaign assets across multiple formats and channels.Ensure consistency with Flyin's visual identity and brand guidelines.Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with Design, Content, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and visual solutions. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Motion Graphics or a related field.Min. 4 years of experience in Motion Design, Video Editing, Content Creation, or related roles.Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and social-first content.Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital storytelling.Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools to support video production and content development.Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and digital advertising platforms.Basic graphic design capabilities and experience creating static assets are a strong advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in GCC market is an advantage
