Job Summary: Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating animations, video content, and motion graphics that align with brand identity and effectively communicate ideas to the target audience. Key Responsibilities: • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop visual concepts • Edit videos, including adding sound effects, music, and visual enhancements • Translate scripts and ideas into compelling visual stories • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role • Strong portfolio showcasing animation and video projects • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator • Understanding of video formats, codecs, and production workflows • Strong creative, storytelling, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills • Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles • Familiarity with sound design and color grading Work Environment • Full-time • On-site Key Deliverables • Social media animations • Promotional videos and ads • Explainer videos • Branding motion assets (logos, intros, outros)
