OverviewThis role is responsible for leading the weekly Make planning cycle, creating and releasing the Material Plan for particular categories. MRP plan will also need to be issued to the Bern Make planning organization on a agreed frequency. Working with the Bern team, the individual will escalate any Make supply issue and support resolution, monitoring and managing supply exceptionsAlso accountable for completing the Monthly Materials Plan for 24-month rolling horizon for SKUs using the production plan and Suppliers’ feedback as key inputs to ensure supply. Utilizes escalation path to MRP Planning Lead & Procurement for any material issue that may become a potential risk.ResponsibilitiesMaterials Planning:Create Monthly MRP Plan based on production needs and available inventoriesEnsures MRP plan is shared (Country Front End) with Bern Make planning organization for relevant SKU’sIdentify risks and opportunities and propose constrained scenarios to maximize service (liaising with MRP Planning Coordinator, Suppliers and Procurement if applies)Validate production and material plans in Weekly Plan Review MeetingValidate medium- and long-term material availability based on supplier feedbackMonitor PR conversions and release of POs to suppliersMonitor Suppliers’ performance and feedback to ProcurementWorking Capital Management:Check materials’ availability and propose actions for excess / shortagesCreate inventory projections for RMPM ensuring alignment to targets. Analyze gaps and propose mitigation actionsBusiness Waste Management:Review weekly provision snapshot to be shared with FinanceCreate business waste projections for RMPM to minimize no-consumption risks (zero-based plan).QualificationsExperience – 1 – 3 years in associated functionQualifications:University degree preferably engineering or logisticsExperience in Material Planning or familiar Supply Planning tasksProficiency in product category planning - FMCG background preferredAbilities:Problem solving know-howStrong Analytic skillsVery good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographiesExperience in using planning systems, BY- JDA preferredExperience in ERP (SAP) usage is a mustDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel
