The position aims to achieve the strategic objectives and vision of "Al Ain News."يشترط على المتقدم للوظيفة تقديم جميع المستندات القانونية المتطلبة للعمل في جمهورية مصر العربيةMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute programs, documentaries, and visual and audio reports in coordination with the production team, relevant departments, and the section manager.Develop and present ideas for programs and visual reports using creative storytelling techniques, staying up to date with advancements in video and audio scriptwriting.Produce high-quality visual materials tailored for each social media platform, continuously improving content presentation methods to align with strategic goals.Manage shifts effectively, oversee daily multimedia production, and monitor key events, breaking news, and trending topics through social media, news agencies, and websites. Verify their accuracy and convert them into visual or audio content for targeted publication.Transform key editorial materials from "Al Ain News" into creative visual and audio reports, coordinating with other departments as part of the daily workflow.Propose and produce innovative ideas for specialized visual and audio programs, ensuring completion through all production stages for publication on "Al Ain News" platforms.Develop ideas for podcasts, record audio reports with linguistic precision, and train colleagues in presenting radio and video programs to achieve high-quality multimedia content that aligns with the digital transformation strategy.Leverage materials from agencies, social media platforms, and the digital archive in coordination with relevant departments and the "Hub Media."Review materials post-production and before publication, ensuring accuracy and error-free content. Monitor the daily production and publication process to ensure quality standards are met.Coordinate exclusive interviews and manage special guests, attending external coverages and working closely with other departments.Prepare interview questions in line with directions from the Editor-in-Chief and editorial management, coordinating with the direct manager.Comply with company policies to maintain a safe work environment and ensure confidentiality in all interactions.Attend daily and periodic meetings, prepare and present creative ideas, and coordinate with the direct manager.Ensure all assigned tasks, projects, and deliverables meet technical and quality standards within the allocated timeline in coordination with the direct manager.Submit production and achievement reports, including titles and publication links (if applicable), to the direct manager.Provide support as needed and execute tasks assigned by the direct manager or senior management within the specified timeframe. Continuously propose ideas to enhance the organization's visual and audio content.Role RequirementsBachelor’s degree in journalism, Media, or a related field.7-10 years of relevant experience in media organizations or news websites.Expertise in video editing and production software.Exceptional teamwork and communication skills to build and strengthen interdepartmental relationships.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English (reading and writing).Technical expertise in multimedia production and content creation.Effective time management and prioritization skills.
