Follow @abbvie on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.Job DescriptionPrimary Objective:To provide the assigned sales team with the leadership, direction, and resources to ensure sales targets are achieved, provide feedback to the BUM/BUD and liaise with key external stakeholders to ensure short and long-term targets are achieved.Key Responsibilities:Manage Business and IFT Performance:Coordinate commercial activities on National level for the assigned TA to maximize short and long-term sales performanceLeading Sales Team including setting sales targets and performance KPIs and ensure follow up on Sales achievement and team performanceEnsure team readiness in terms of Selling skills, medical and In-Field knowledge.Set Oncology KOLs engagement plans and Account mappingEstablish National priorities, activities and engagement plans in alignment with brand strategy, set strategic momentum and drive brand success.Proactively and continuously engage with key stakeholders to manage Market needs, expectations, and challenges and to build trusted key stakeholder relationshipsProfessionally manage and build cross functional cooperation between key functions, build effective multidisciplinary In Field Teams, and ensure timely and qualitative market intelligenceManage launches and ensure excellence in execution of Oncology new brandsPeople management and Coaching capabilities: Set team Sales targets, Performance KPIs and Development objectives in alignment with the BUM/BUD.Monitor and assess performance vs agreed objectives/KPIs.Undergo Field activities and ensure regular strategic contact with key customersManage Team recruitment, retention, development plans, succession planning and functional training .Ensure team readiness through field Coaching, skills development and ensuring regular update on their knowledge through training sessionsCore competencies: Strategic Business PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies aligned with organizational objectives, market opportunities, and patient needs to deliver sustainable business growth.Customer-Centric EngagementBuild trusted partnerships with healthcare stakeholders by understanding their needs, challenges, and priorities, delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and patient outcomes.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner effectively with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiativesData-Driven Decision MakingLeverage sales analytics, market intelligence, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and drive business decisionsOmnichannel Customer EngagementEffectively integrate face-to-face, virtual, and digital channels to create seamless and personalized customer experiences that strengthen engagement and impact.Performance & Execution ExcellenceTranslate strategy into action through disciplined execution, effective prioritization, and rigorous performance monitoring to consistently achieve and exceed objectivesQualificationsBachelor’s degree with Medical background or equivalentPast or Current Oncology Experience is a plus .Proven solid track record and successful leadership/ team management.Full Knowledge of Egypt territories, Healthcare system, Key Business sectors and major Accounts.Proven track record of successful assignments, projects, effective management and coaching of functional teams/peers.Ability to build strong relationships with Oncology Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders.Operates, leads, and facilitates effectively in a matrix organization/environment plus English language proficiency verbally and in writingDemonstrated proficiency in Digital and AI tools especially for driven data analytics and technology enabled business solutionsAdditional InformationAbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
