About the Role As a Mortgage Property Consultant, you will play a consultative sales role focused on helping clients understand their purchasing power, financing options, and suitable property opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the full customer journey — from qualification and consultation to closing. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments, enjoy financial discussions, and are passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership through tailored solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Identify and engage potential clients interested in purchasing properties through financing solutions Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients’ financial profiles, affordability, and homeownership goals Advise clients on property pricing, payment plans, financing structures, mortgage alternatives, and eligibility criteria Recommend tailored property and financing solutions aligned with client needs and financial capabilities Build strong market awareness across developers, projects, payment plans, and financing trends Guide clients throughout the full sales cycle, from initial consultation and property selection to contracting and closing Collaborate closely with internal mortgage, legal, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales progress tracking Stay updated on market conditions, financing regulations, and competitor offerings within the real estate and mortgage sectors Why Join Nawy?
