Job Description SummaryJob Description SummaryThis role is accountable to grow sales revenue for the GEHC MRI portfolio within an assigned geographical(North East Africa). Drives a coherent product differentiation and commercial strategy for their assigned product/product range or segment and optimizes the use of resources in conjunction with Modality Sales Manager to cover market potential for their product/product range or segment to achieve the Operating plan.She/he is responsible to update upstream marketing and engineering of evolving market and customer needs to drive the continuous product innovation adapted to local market needs. They will assist and contribute to the coordination of One GEHC account activities in conjunction with the Region Managers and their teams of Account Managers, Channel partners / Executives to bring maximum business results and customer satisfaction to GEHCJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDeliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment salesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines to identify qualified leads, grow market share, increase revenue, and reduce customer attritionAssist with leading cross-functional commercial teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy that contributes to increased market share, revenue, and profitabilityLeverage diagnostic imaging and MR product knowledge to drive funnel growth for the regionDemonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop sales proposals that map with their annual budget processLead and collaborate within the account community team to support co-developed negotiation strategiesReduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, map visibility, drive market share, and prioritize sales funnelRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree with substantial experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical MR expertise, clinical technology leadership in MR, or hospital administration in imagingStrong domain knowledge in diagnostic imaging/MRDesired CharacteristicsDemonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotasDemonstrated strong internal and external communication skills.
