CrossWorkers is looking for highly motivated fresh graduates for a three-month Internship in the Software Development DepartmentThe internship starts in July and ends in September 2026.Location: Cairo Office, New CairoEligibility:Fresh graduates and 4th-year students in any field are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:Participate in daily stand-up meetings and communicate progress and blockers within an Agile team.Assist in implementing small, well-defined tasks across frontend and backend under guidance from the team.Get introduced to our Microservices architecture and learn how services interact.Write and test C# code for minor features and bug fixes with support from senior developers.Follow established coding standards and write clean, readable code.Observe and gradually participate in code reviews.Get exposure to our CI/CD pipelines and basic deployment processes.Requirements:Eagerness to learn and a willingness to ask questions and receive feedback.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Basic understanding of OOP concepts and familiarity with C# or another statically-typed language.Comfort with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.Basic awareness of how web applications communicate (HTTP, request/response, RESTful APIs).Some experience with Git (commits, branches)Basic knowledge of relational databases and simple SQL queries.Unit testing experience is a plus.Familiarity with React is a plusBenefits:An official letter or certificate recognizing the internshipAccess to mentors, team leads, or professionalsExposure to real projects, tools, and industry practices.Social events, or team offsitesPotential for a full-time offer post-internship.About CrossWorkers:We are a Danish-owned software offshoring company that provides European clients with professional Egyptian developers.Since 2009, we have been delivering excellent services in offshoring software development.Our headquarters are located in Copenhagen, Denmark, while our Offshore Development Center is situated in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo.We also have branches in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and recently, Bahrain.
