We are looking for a Network Engineer to support and maintain our IT and network infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity, system security, and smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPNMaintain communication systems such as IP telephony, email systems, surveillance, and access controlTroubleshoot and resolve network and system issues in a timely mannerPerform regular maintenance including updates, patches, and configuration changesSupport network upgrades and security improvementsProvide IT support for end-users (devices, applications, and systems)Assist with user access, connectivity, email, and account managementUse remote support tools for troubleshootingDocument network configurations, incidents, and solutionsParticipate in shift rotations and on-call support when neededEscalate complex technical issues when requiredAdditional ResponsibilitiesHandle daily IT and network support tasks independentlySupport audits, backups, and compliance activitiesAssist with user onboarding and offboarding processesCoordinate with internal teams for technical support requests Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field1–3 years of experience in network or IT supportGood understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting connectivity issuesExperience with Windows and MacOS environmentsKnowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNsBasic IT support experience is a plusKnowledge of Active Directory or Azure AD is preferredCCNA or equivalent certification is a plus
