The role ensures reliable connectivity, optimal performance, and secure network operations across all environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and related network devicesConfigure and maintain network services such as VLANs, routing protocols, and basic security controlsMonitor network performance, availability, and capacity, and take proactive measures to ensure optimal operationTroubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business servicesSupport network upgrades, changes, and expansion activities in alignment with operational requirementsMaintain and enforce network security standards, including access control and segmentationPerform routine health checks, patch coordination, and configuration reviewsMaintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational proceduresCollaborate with other IT teams (security, infrastructure, and applications) to support integrated service delivery
