Day-to-day tasks include processing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries with professional and courteous support. The role also involves verifying daily transactions, balancing cash and credit card postings, preparing audit reports, and identifying discrepancies in front office accounts. The Night Auditor will coordinate with other departments as needed, maintain accurate records, uphold brand standards, and ensure that the lobby and reception areas remain welcoming and well-organized throughout the night.QualificationsStrong front office and receptionist skills, including Receptionist Duties and Reservations management.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.Proficiency in Cash Handling and basic accounting or auditing tasks, with attention to accuracy and compliance.Experience in hotel night audit, front office operations, or hospitality environments is preferred.Comfort with property management systems (PMS), reservation platforms, and standard office software.Ability to work night shifts reliably, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality of guest and financial data.Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.Relevant education in hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is also valued.
