ECAI aims to deliver reliable, high-quality services and products that contribute to infrastructure development and industrial growth in Egypt.Role Description The NUCA Team Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for supervising a team working on projects related to the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). The Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations, including planning and assigning tasks, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role coordinates with project managers, engineers, and clients to address technical and operational issues, prepare reports, and support timely project delivery. The NUCA Team Supervisor also mentors team members, supports their development, and ensures effective communication across all stakeholders.Qualifications Proven experience supervising technical or project teams, preferably in water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.Strong project coordination skills, including planning, task allocation, and progress monitoring.Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.Ability to solve operational problems, make informed decisions, and work under time constraints.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.Previous exposure to NUCA projects or similar governmental/infrastructure entities is an advantage.Proficiency in basic office and project management software; familiarity with technical documentation and reporting.Commitment to on-site presence in New Cairo and readiness to work in industrial and field environments.
