As a reputable Freight forwarder in Egypt with Branches in Alexandria (H.O), Cairo, and Port Said —we're now looking for a driven commercial professional in the field to support our Growth .The RoleThis is a commercial seat, not a support role. You'll be responsible for developing ocean freight business, managing client and carrier relationships, competing — and winning — in a market where relationships and pricing intelligence are everything .The right person knows that in ocean freight, your value is directly tied to the business you bring in through the buy/sell work efficiency and consistency . We reward that accordingly: a solid base salary plus a commission structure designed to grow meaningfully as your commercial input grows.If Sales, pricing and Commercial mindset is where you've built your career and you're ready to take commercial ownership of a growing desk, we want to hear from you. ✅ What We're Looking For• 2–5 years of experience in ocean freight — forwarding or shipping line background welcome .• Established relationships with shipping lines (direct liner contacts are a strong advantage) .• Hands-on experience with overseas agent networks and cross-border coordination .• Confident with FCL/LCL pricing, freight rate negotiations, surcharges, and carrier procurement .• Understands the commercial mechanics of freight forwarding — not just operations .• Very good to fluent English .
