The OD & Talent Manager is responsible for leading talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and talent development initiatives. The role ensures the organization has the right structure, people, and processes to support business growth while fostering a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and recruitment KPIs.Design and maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, role clarity, and job architecture to support business efficiency and scalability.Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and performance improvement initiatives, while aligning performance with rewards and development.Design career paths, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development programs, and capability-building initiatives.Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to improve culture, engagement, collaboration, and productivity.Leverage people analytics and dashboards to provide insights, support decision-making, and continuously improve OD and talent management processes.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field12+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development rolesProven experience in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition and OD strategiesStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practicesExceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and metricsAbility to influence at all levels of the organizationProficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systemsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
