Assist in designing and implementing job analysis methodologies, and in developing, reviewing, and evaluating job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.Ensure that all job descriptions comply with the company's internal policies, procedures, and organizational structure.Support and facilitate the development of job descriptions for newly established positions.Provide guidance and support to managers in creating and updating job descriptions and train Human Resources personnel—particularly the Recruitment team—on understanding and applying current and newly developed job descriptions.Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the organizational structure.Conduct periodic reviews of the organizational structure to ensure that changes within departments and business units are accurately reflected and aligned with organizational effectiveness objectives.Participate in the design and implementation of organizational and job evaluation initiatives.Review HR policies, procedures, and related documentation to ensure they remain updated and aligned with the company's strategy, governance framework, and applicable regulations.Regularly review and update organizational charts to reflect administrative and operational changes and support organizational efficiency.Contribute to the development and implementation of Human Resources frameworks and programs, including succession planning, career path development, and competency management.Monitor the performance appraisal process across all departments and ensure evaluations are completed on time and in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.Analyze performance evaluation results, conduct meetings with managers to discuss findings, and recommend appropriate development and improvement actions.Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR and organizational policies, procedures, and governance documents.Represent the Human Resources function in meetings and committees related to the development and review of organizational policies and procedures.Develop comprehensive proposals for newly created positions, including job responsibilities, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), competency requirements, and complete job descriptions. High Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.Professional certifications in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Job Evaluation, or Talent Management are preferred.4–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.Previous experience in succession planning, competency frameworks, and talent management initiatives is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.Experience in developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.Proven experience in job analysis, job description development, organizational structure design, and performance management.
