This is Studio-first, config-heavy work — not development. You'll spend your days in modules and settings, not in Python.What you'll doConfigure core Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, POS, HR, Purchase • Requests (and Manufacturing where in scope).Set up full business cycles per client: quotation templates & sales-order workflows, Chart of Accounts, journals, taxes, currencies, units of measure, inventory movements & stock control.Customize via Odoo Studio — custom fields, views, automations, report templates.Run requirements gathering, testing, UAT, go-live, and end-user training.Build reusable training videos & documentation so clients self-serve instead of raising repeat tickets.Configure user access rights & permissions to match each client's org structure.Flag early when a requirement genuinely needs a developer (custom Python module) rather than Studio.Must have6 months–2 years hands-on Odoo implementation (functional). Recent Odoo-course graduates with real project experience welcome.Solid accounting fundamentals — comfortable configuring CoA, journals, taxes, and reconciling a full accounting cycle in Odoo.Strong grasp of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows.Confident running client-facing sessions and training in Arabic; professional written English.Nice to haveOdoo.sh / self-hosted deployment experience.POS configuration & troubleshooting.Exposure to contracting/construction or agency clients.Light technical ability (reading XML/Python) — a plus, not required.To applySend your CV + a short note on 2–3 Odoo implementations you personally configured — which modules, what you set up in accounting, and one training asset you built.
