Odoo Implementation Specialist

Role Description We are seeking an Odoo Implementation Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will be responsible for leading Odoo ERP implementation projects, analyzing business processes, configuring Odoo modules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful system deployment across different departments. The role requires strong functional expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. Role Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects. Gather and analyze business requirements from different departments. Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet operational needs. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with the development team for customizations. Manage data migration, system setup, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend ERP best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project progress, resolve implementation issues, and manage risks. Prepare project documentation, user manuals, and implementation reports. Support Odoo upgrades and the rollout of new modules. Ensure successful adoption of the ERP system across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation. Strong experience implementing and configuring Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, and CRM. Excellent understanding of business processes and ERP implementation methodologies. Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering. Familiarity with Odoo customization and the ability to communicate technical requirements with development teams. Experience with data migration, user training, and change management. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
