Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO (German-National) in daily operations Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks Manage general office administration and ensure smooth internal processes Coordinate daily communication with our client in Germany Oversee and maintain employee working time tracking systems Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and service providers Support documentation and maintain organized company records Coordinate business travel arrangements (hotels, transportation, visas) for visitors Collaborate with external auditors and legal advisors Manage expense reports, invoices, and receipts Report directly to the CEO and HR Manager Strong English skills (minimum B2 level; both written and spoken) Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail Experience in handling documentation and administrative processes Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
