Encooders is #Hiring !Mid-Level to Senior Office Administrator & HR Officer !We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Office Administrator & HR Officer .Key Responsibilities:Assist with HR tasks including recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and HR documentationOverseeing daily office operations.Managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.Coordinating between departments and supporting senior management.Handling office supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance follow-up.Ensuring smooth workflow across the office. Work conditionsFull time - Work from the company's branch in Nasr CityWorking our from 9 AM TO 5 PMFriday and Saturday offSocial & medical insurance Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in office administration and HR functions.Experience in HR tasks and operations is a MUST.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
