The ideal candidate must be organized, dynamic, and capable of handling diverse administrative tracks simultaneously.​Key Responsibilities:​HR & Insurance: Manage attendance (fingerprint system), leaves, and all Social & Medical Insurance procedures.​Company Documents: Full ownership of organizing and maintaining all official company paperwork.​Governmental Registration: Handling all documentation for governmental registrations and vendor enlistment.​Fleet Management: Monitoring and coordinating the daily movements and schedules of company vehicles.​Support Services: Supervising the buffet team and general office support services.​Events Coordination: Planning and coordinating company events and activities.​Sales Support: Providing administrative and clerical assistance to the sales team.​Social Media: Managing and updating the company’s social media platforms.
