Role DescriptionManage the day-to-day operations of the Chairman's Office and ensure smooth workflow.Coordinate the Chairman's calendar, meetings, business priorities, and strategic initiatives.Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments to support executive decision-making.Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.Follow up on action plans and ensure timely execution across all departments.Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items.Handle confidential business information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.Support the Chairman in business planning, strategic projects, and operational coordination.Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Continuously improve administrative processes and executive office efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.3–7 years of experience in Executive Office Management, Executive Assistance, Office Management, or a similar strategic role.Fluent English (spoken and written).Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Strong reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation skills.Excellent business writing and documentation skills.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments and senior management.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
