Responsibilities• Manage the GM's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management.• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.• Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and events.• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.• Act as a liaison between the GM and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring smooth communication.• Assist in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and providing updates as required.• Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and correspondence.• Handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.• Anticipate the GM's needs and provide proactive administrative support.• Perform additional duties as assigned to assist the GM in achieving business objectives.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a similar field.• Graduation from a language school.• Excellent in English & French• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.if you are interested please send your cv plus your expected salary to 01211558519
