Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.Manage incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and courier services.Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional condition.Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.Assist in preparing and organizing office documents, reports, and correspondence.Maintain proper filing systems and archive documents according to company procedures.Coordinate with different departments to support administrative and operational activities.Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.Handle visitor registration and ensure compliance with company security procedures.Support HR and administration teams with clerical and administrative tasks when required.Ensure that customer and visitor inquiries are handled effectively and professionally.Implement and maintain quality management system requirements related to administrative activities.Comply with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies, standards, objectives, and training requirements.Report any incidents, accidents, near misses, or security concerns immediately.Comply with environmental management standards, objectives, and training requirements.Report immediately any environmental incidents or unsafe conditions. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and customer service attitude.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.New Cairo and Nasr City residents
