Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification where required.Negotiate salary expectations and support the offer process. 1–2years of recruitment experience, preferably in offshore, international, or agency recruitment.Experience recruiting for multiple industries and high-volume hiring is an advantage.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
