Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Omnichannel Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the omnichannel engagement strategy for the Saudi cluster, aligned with global direction and business objectives. Design customer segmentation and targeted engagement blueprints using HCP behavior, prescription data, and insights to define optimal channel mix, frequency, and personalization. Plan and deliver end-to-end omnichannel campaigns across digital, virtual, email, and physical channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys. Develop, localize, and deploy compliant multimedia content in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams. Monitor HCP interactions, SLAs, and engagement performance metrics, continuously optimizing effectiveness, impact, and ROI. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders through regular field visits and representation at key medical events in Saudi Arabia. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales and/or marketing), including 2+ years in omnichannel or digital roles. Strong expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and data-driven omnichannel engagement and campaign execution. Hands-on experience with digital and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools, including content development. Solid understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, regulations, and local market dynamics. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills Fluent in Arabic and English.
