Receive and resolve customer complaints at the branch level through a practical sales process aimed at increasing satisfaction and achieving targetsMonitor system inputs/outputs to verify product availability and ensure accurate system readinessReview actual stock against system records to confirm all SKUs are available on the company's e-commerce platform, boosting sales and reducing wasteEnsure sales orders are closed accurately on the system on a daily and timely basisReview product expiry dates (FIFO) to ensure first-in stock is sold first, building customer trust and reducing wasteOversee continuous product and item pulling to ensure consistent availability per planPlan daily and additional orders to drive sales growthVerify the validity of tools and equipment used in the sales process to maintain quality standardsParticipate in monthly performance evaluations for the team in line with departmental goalsTrain and develop the team on sales techniques and customer complaint handling to improve service qualityCollect supplier values from data entry staff and deliver supplier cashiers to the shipping company at the branch Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business preferred)4–7 years of experience in sales, preferably indirect/non-direct salesProficiency in MS Excel (basic level)
