Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, paid ads, SEO, content, and e-commerce channels.• Lead and follow up with the digital marketing and e-commerce team.• Manage paid advertising campaigns, monitor budgets, analyze performance, and optimize ROI.• Monitor e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rate, customer behavior, product visibility, and online offers.• Review and approve monthly content plans while ensuring brand consistency, tone of voice, and visual identity.• Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to support marketing collaborations.• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing• Previous experience in healthcare sector companies is a must (Pharmacy Chains - Cosmetics Companies - Pharmaceutical Companies)• Experience in managing advertising campaigns and social media platforms• Strong analytical and communication skills• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
