Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily operations and logistics activities and international shipments.Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.Track shipments and provide regular status updates.Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and Incoterms.Monitor logistics costs and optimize transportation solutions.Handle claims, delays, and logistics-related issues.Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.Manage supply chain processes, including shipping and inventoryEnsure timely delivery of materials and productsLiaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teamsMonitor performance and optimize logistics efficiencyHandle documentation and reporting for shipments and operations.Monitor quality control standards.Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts.Conduct risk assessments. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.5-10 years of experience in operations, production, and logistics. (Industrial sector preferred).Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industry preferred.Good communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Odoo, or similar)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Official working days: Saturday to ThursdayApplicants aged 30 and above are preferred
