Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in retail operations, site operations, auditing, or administration.Strong communication and coordination skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.High level of integrity and accountability.Knowledge of HSE standards is a plus.Willingness to perform field visits and operational inspections when required.
