Academy Operations Officer | Cairo, EgyptWe're growing the team at Frontier Academy and looking for an organised, proactive Operations Officer to own the day-to-day running of our professional training programs.What you'll do:– Manage end-to-end logistics for training programs — scheduling, enrollment, trainer coordination, materials, and certificates– Serve as the operational point of contact for our corporate B2B training clients– Coordinate with our BD and marketing teams to keep campaigns, registrations, and program communications running on time– Maintain participant databases, feedback reports, and program documentation– Support the MD with Academy performance tracking and reportingWhat we're looking for:– 3–5 years in training operations, event coordination, program administration, or a similar role– Prior experience in a training institute, professional services firm, or corporate L&D function preferred– Exceptionally organised — comfortable managing multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously– Strong Arabic and English communication, written and spoken – Proficient in MS Office and digital tools (Zoom, WhatsApp Business, email platforms)– Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-facing in mindsetWhat we offer:– Real ownership of a function — this is not an assistant role– Direct exposure to senior leadership in a fast-growing advisory and training firm– Varied, fast-moving work in a professional New Cairo environment– Full-time employment with a 6-month performance reviewNew Cairo, 5th SettlementApply: people@frontier-me.com | include your CV and a brief note on relevant experience
