Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to manage vendor data collection, ensure timely updates, and maintain accurate tracking across all operational workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, persistent, and capable of following up rigorously with vendors to ensure data completeness and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Data Managemen Collect, validate, and update data from vendors on a regular basi Ensure completeness and accuracy of all vendor information (pricing, SKUs, availability, etc.) Maintain structured and organized databasesTracking & Follow-up Closely track vendor submissions, updates, and pending data Follow up consistently with vendors to ensure deadlines are met Identify delays or gaps and escalate when necessaryOperations Coordination Work closely with internal teams (procurement, sales, tech) to align on data requirements Ensure all operational updates are reflected in systems in real tim Support onboarding of new vendors and ensure smooth data integrationReporting & Analysis Generate periodic reports on vendor performance and data completeness Highlight inefficiencies, delays, and opportunities for process improvement Monitor KPIs related to vendor responsiveness and data accuracy Key Requirements 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or data coordination Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent follow-up and communication skills Ability to handle multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory) Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
