As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems.Job Description Leads the annual Hoshin Kanri, Continuous Improvement (CI) and operational excellence strategy aligned with plant management goals Identifies improvement opportunities and manages OPEX projects to improve plant performance and achieve yearly targets Conducts internal OPEX audits to ensure improvement initiatives deliver value and align with business objectives Drives the implementation and sustainability of OPEX systems, standards, and best practices across the plant Ensures teams apply OPEX tools, methods, and routines effectively through coaching and training programs Leads continuous improvement workshops and develops action plans to enhance shop floor and indirect operations Acts as PMO for plant improvement projects, supporting performance recovery plans and sharing best practices across sitesQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field 1–3 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Production Engineering Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in English and highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applicationsAdditional InformationPeople of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.LEONI processes your application data in an IT-system that is consistent across the company and uses Foreign Service providers.
