Review technical problems issues with technical office. Discussing employee’s performance appraisals. Identify operational objectives, pinpoint objectives including efficiency, cost savings, operator convenience, safety and quality. Provides operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends Making inspection visits, and document regular projects inspections. Prepare inspection report and sharing with the Engineering director. Lead the team of execution, after selecting. Ensure Client receiving the service correctly and ensure obtaining the client receipt report correctly. Ensure of providing solutions for the technical and executional problems correctly.Conduct risk assessments and method of statement to enforce workplace safety standards.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Preferred bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / mechanical EngineerExperience in Facility Management is required.Proven experience in the same position as an Operational Project Manager.Preferred Certifications (any of the following):PMP (Project Management Professional)PMI (Project Management Institute certification)PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled EnvironmentsFMP (Facility Management Professional)CEM (Certified Energy Manager)IFMA (International Facility Management Association certification)Technical Skills: Knowledge of Corrigo System / CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred.Language Skills: Fluent English is a must.
