Operational Risk Analyst Specialist

Job Requirements:• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Political or relevant.• At least 1 year of relevant practical experience in banking and/or consumer finance companies operating in operational risk.• Previously held a supervisory position at an appropriate level in a financial institution or company.Job Responsibilities:• Developing the company's operational risk policy.• Assessing the company's operational risks.• Knowledge of how to prepare and review risk and control selfassessments for all company departments.• Knowledge of how to prepare internal loss database and internal &external fraud reports.• Knowledge of how to prepare business continuity risk reports.• Review contracts based on the Central Bank of Egypt checklist.• Review and approve KRIs thresholds (high, medium, low) in regards ofthe existing historical data
