Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Closing & Operations Coordinator to support our transactions across government and private bank portfolios. This role is critical in ensuring smooth closing processes, accurate data management, and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate real estate closings for both government and private bank transactions.Liaise with internal teams, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate closings.Input and maintain transaction data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.Prepare and compile monthly marketing and performance reports.Submit property inspection reports and ensure proper documentation is maintained.Collect, verify, and organize documentation related to Cash for Keys agreements.Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all closing requirements.Maintain organized records and ensure all files are up to date.Requirements:Proven experience in real estate closings, transaction coordination, or similar role.Familiarity with government and private bank real estate processes is highly preferred.Strong data entry and reporting skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with property management or real estate software is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Cash for Keys processes.Background in property management or real estate operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Working Hours:Full-time (aligning with US business hours preferred).Why join us?Work with a growing real estate portfolio.Opportunity to develop expertise in high-volume transaction coordination.Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
